Blaine HibberdMr. Hibberd is originally from Valley Forge, Pennsylvania. He attended the University of Delaware and earned a B.A. in Criminal Justice. Mr. Hibberd was also inducted into the Alpha Kappa Delta Sociological Honor Society. Mr. Hibberd was also the starting wrestler for the University of Delaware at 126 pounds during the 1986-87 season.

Mr. Hibberd attended law school at Nova Southeastern University, Sheppard Broad Law Center in Davie, Florida. He earned his Juris Doctorate in 1995. The Law Office of Blaine H. Hibberd, P.A. was formed two years later in the spring of 1997, with its original office in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Mr. Hibberd moved to the Treasure Coast in 2008 and lives in Palm City with his wife and three children.

Mr. Hibberd is admitted to the Florida Bar, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
